TLoP TO HOST JOB & CAREER FAIR IN ABUJA ON 25 AUGUST 2026
Bringing Together Employers, Professionals and Career Seekers in a Landmark Employment Platform
The Transformers League of Professionals (TLoP), the professional development and empowerment arm of The Transforming Church, Gwarinpa, Abuja, will host the inaugural TLoP Job & Career Fair on Tuesday, 25 August 2026.
The free-to-attend employment and professional development platform is designed to bridge the gap between talent and opportunity, bringing together employers, recruiters, professionals, graduates, and career seekers in one curated environment.
The Fair will hold from 9:00 AM to 3:30 PM at The Transforming Church (TTC) Multipurpose Auditorium, Auwalu Anwar Close, End of 7th Avenue, Gwarinpa, Abuja, and is expected to attract over 600 participants, including graduates, young professionals, mid-career job seekers, entrepreneurs, and employers.
The event is being held in conjunction with the Federal Government of Nigeria’s declared public holiday, allowing greater participation from working professionals who may otherwise be unavailable on a regular weekday.
In preparation for the Fair, TLoP hosted virtual preparatory sessions for registered candidates, covering CV writing, interview techniques, and what to expect on the day. The sessions were designed to ensure that participants arrive prepared to make the most of the engagement opportunities available at the Fair.
A diverse range of organisations spanning outsourcing, human resources, consulting, hospitality, insurance, real estate, and the non-governmental sector have confirmed their participation as employers. The participating organisations range from national firms to internationally connected organisations, collectively offering roles, internships, and professional connections across multiple disciplines.

The Fair is structured across three purposeful engagement areas, each designed to deliver specific and measurable value to participants. The Recruitment & Internship Area will provide a dedicated space where employers and recruiters can meet qualified candidates for direct engagement, CV collection, preliminary interviews, and internship and graduate hiring. Organisations with open roles are encouraged to register as participating employers.
The Career Advisory Area will provide attendees with access to experienced HR professionals and career advisors offering free CV reviews, LinkedIn profile optimisation, career transition guidance, and leadership advisory services throughout the day.
The Mentorship & Networking Lounge will provide a structured environment for strategic professional conversations, mentorship interactions, and cross-industry networking, creating connections that extend beyond the day of the event.
The TLoP Job & Career Fair has also secured the support of a number of strategic partners committed to enhancing the experience and outcomes for participants. These include CorpeRate, which will provide AI-powered recruitment demonstrations and free mock interview sessions; Emerging Hire, which will deploy its AI-powered CV Builder and hiring platform to support candidates and employers on the day; Harobed & Associates, which will contribute HR expertise and career development sessions; and Voluserve, which will offer new and compelling perspectives on volunteering as a strategic career development tool for young professionals.

The TLoP Job & Career Fair is a pre-conference component of the TLoP World Changers Conference (WCC) 2026, a flagship annual platform convening over 1,300 professionals, executives, entrepreneurs, innovators, and emerging leaders in Abuja across two dates, 25 August and 19 September 2026, under the theme “Rise. Influence. Transform.”
